ano samozrejme, zhodneme sa, ze toho cukru je tam vela, plus kopec dalsich veci.

Tipol som, ze som v ketoze len podla priznakov, ktore som o ketoze cital. Cize na 100% samozrejme neviem. Fakt, ze sa ovela lepsie citim po vyraznej redukcii prijmu cukru a uplnej eliminacii procesovanych jedal mi sam o sebe staci. Tolko energie co teraz mam, to som predtym asi ani nezazil ;)

Drasticka ketoza nebola nikdy zamerom. Cital som, ze niektori ludia vdaka nej si privolali cukrovku, aj ked to boli masozravci, ktori Cukor nahradili sialenymi mnozstvami slaniny a pod. Je to mozne? Alebo je to hoax?
