prilis malo proteinu? ved 5 davok ("den") ma 100g, to je napr. pri mojej vahe (65 cca) optimal aj s nejakou extra fyzickou aktivitou (1.6g/kg)

pri standardnej aktivite (tj nie posilovanie a tak) je odporucanie okolo 1-1.2g/kg, takze ziadny dolny koniec IMO. rataj s tym, ze budes zavrety doma a ta aktivita bude na minime...
