no, shouldermount...jeden tip by som mozno mala..nagripovat si ruky ale poriadne a to rameno kde opieras trosku zhrbit aby ti to nezabiehalo do klucnej kosti, to potom boli, a clovek ma blok
najprv staci len poriadne natrenovat ten uchop, dvihat kolena len k brade..az sa rameno oplaca, dostanes to aj vyssie...shouldermount je dost tazky pre vela ludi, ja som s nim mala stastie hned na 1.treningu, ale nemam to extra moc rada
btw jaky uchop sa ucis, damsky ci pansky? skus najprv damsky (princess grip?), ten mi pride o dost nednoduchsi.. (pansky = cup grip)

no cup grip pansky je obe ruky v rovnakej vyske za hlavou, a pri princess grip je jedna ruka (u mna prava) natiahnuta vyssie a ta druha (lava) obopina vpredu "okolo krku" a drzim sa tyce nizsie na urovni ucha, je to uplne iny uchop, skus si to pozret na youtube podla tychto nazvov....samozrejme hore pravu mas v twisted grip!

tie superman kliky by mali byt vraj lahsie ako normalne ako som videla na nejakom inom videu, a teda ich spravis viac co je win :)
ale tiez sa mi to zda take zbytocne.
ja mam osobne rada side pole crunches, to je dobry zaberak. a tie tazsie veci nezvladam, shoulder mount len na zemi hehe. :)
