toto bolo po prve.
mal som dakych 700g pleca (ani nebolo moc pekne. billa skurvena ojebavacska), cibula cesnak, sol, korenie, paprika sladka, chilli, kmin drtka, trstinovy cukor pomiesat a napatlat na maso.
cele to dat na tu cibulu s cesnakom. nabuduce to maso este potrem dijonom.
ja som to piekol v hrubej hlinenej nadobe s delkom na zhruba 100C od 18tej do tretej rano (1-1,5kg by sa robylo asi 12h. vecer das do truby a rano mas hotove).
podlial som to zbytocne vela tak som musel na konci redukovat omacku co je celkom otrava.
v mensom pekacku spravis v pohode pol kyla za kratsiu dobu ked to das na dakych 120-30 ale to by bolo zbytocne malo:) da sa to ze vraj dobre mrazit.
a do hlavy to tlacim v zemli s bbq a nezapomen na okurku. (ked to trochu premakam tak budem aj zemle piect)

je to super a priam blbovzodrne na pripravu.
ale treba najst niekoho s kym sa podelis bo je toho mrde:)
ed: a fak by sa oplatilo upiect aj zemle bo s tym co dostanes to neni uplne ono. neni to ta prava amerika;)

tak nejk som to doguglil.
babenka piekla 6h napr. a to mala aspon 2kg.
ak mas aspon 1kg tak sa tam na 95-100C nema co dojebat za tych 12h.
