takze problem moze byt v spomenutych potravinach a je lepsie nekombinovat ich s mliekom. dokonca dlhodobejsie vyhybanie sa fazuliam and co. moze priniest znacne zlepsenie v laktozovej intolerancii (nemusi fungovat ak ide o alergiu)
