nepisalo sa este pred par rokmi o B12, ze si telo vytvara zasoby na par tyzdnov/mesiacov dopredu, takze staci doplnit len raz za cas?

kyslá kapusta, droždie a všetky produkty, v ktorých prebieha kvasný proces, morské riasy, sójové bôby, chmeľ, spirulina
sojou si nie som isty, ale fermentovana soja (tempeh, miso, natto, ...) urcite ficia
a nakoniec - b12 si mozes syntetizovat v hrubom creve sam, staci ho udrziavat v dobrej kondicii
