mozno sa bavite o konkretnom teste, ale v kazdom pripade ad to nie je test, ci je niekto nakazeny (prave teraz), ale ci prekonal nakazu:

SO: You can only be sure that an asymptomatic patient won’t develop symptoms if they’ve overcome the infection - and that is measured by IgG+IgM.
