Tak pozor, práve vrámci kvantovej mechaniky čas za spojitú veličinu nepovažujeme, keďže existuje niečo ako Planckova dĺžka ktorá nám - keď v súlade s teóriou všeobecneje relativity akceptujeme že nič nieje rýchlejšie ako svetlo - následne udáva aj Planckov čas.
