sipil som to na besamel.
no ten sa robi z hladkej muky. a restovat to mozes pomali a tak dlho ako chces aby bola omacka tmava (no v zasade plati aspon 5min). cim tmavsia tym ide do orieskova.
ak by si nedaval ocot tak by som tam urco supol muskatovy orech stipku.
ten pomer muky a mlieka mi pride trochu nepresny. z takych mnozstiev budes mat besamel az moc husty.
ale to si musi kazdy sam poriesit ako to chce mant na tanieri:)
a urcite by som nedosypaval muku priamo do omacky. ona sa restuje aby stratila "mukovu" chut co varom nedosiahnes. radsej bokom doprazit na masle trosku muky.

v ostatnych receptoch je vzdy napisane, ak ma byt muka hladka, tak som usudil, ze to ma byt hruba, nwm. Na obrazku je omacka biela, takze besamel to nieje. Ja mam fakt za to, ze to ma byt hruba, ono to nema byt ani omacka, to ma byt len nieco ako krupica co sa drzi na strukoch.
Mne praveze omacka varenim dlhsim ako 15min prestane byt citit mukou, ale neviem to porovnat.

besamel je tuk,muka,mlieko zaklad. farba a chut sa meni stupnom oprazenia muky a korenim.
ja mam skor predstavu dacoho lahkeho co krupicovo husta omacka mi tak velmi nepride:)

kremovy jemny besamel a zblanzirovane pripadne grilnute strucky.
tie recepty si su velmi podobne len tento druhy mi pride viac sexi:) a asi to aj vyskusam.
