No ved to. Ani snatch, ani c & j. Najprv mrtvy tah, potom snatch od pasa a potom OHS. Mne sa zda ze sme to hentak nikdy nerobili, ci ?

aha uz chapem asi co chces povedat.
snatch sa trenuje sa to aj takto ako to robi dievcina v gifku. trenuje sa aj tak, ze atlet ma cinku polozenu na bedniach zhruba vo vyske nad kolenami a odtial ju snatchuje (aby vynechal ten "mrtvy tah").
na vzpieracskych sutaziach by si taky snatch ale nevidel. tam vzdy zacinaju zo zeme a rovno snatchuju (zvacsa do drepu a potom idu hore).
e: tu je napr power snatch from the blocks pre ilustraciu.

mudro pises, toto zvykneme obcas nacvicovat, aj ako dievka dava hang... pre mna je to ovela tazsie nez technicky (a to asi aj ma byt).
