“Male” or “female” is not a biological reality, “fe/male” is a birth assignment that is based on the appearance and length of genitalia at birth, which has a diverse set of biological implications. The difference between a male birth assignment and a female birth assignment is only a few millimeters. The length of genitals at birth is not a fully accurate reflection of gamete sex and the binary gender assignment system is not an accurate reflection of biology. The concept of biological sex based on birth assignment is socially constructed.
