uhm, nemyslim ze ide o lukrativny alebo drahy zamestanec alebo tak..
ide first of all about intimidation and haressment
such things already happen at borders [airports especially] - so seeing that an official organization is proposed to take charge of it just shows how "real" things can get..
even company employees travelling with their laptops were stopped and their machines confiscated when they declined to tell their pwd, for they had confidential data on their machine that they should protect - so now corporations advise their employees:
1. travel without any gear [which is funny when u go to a business meeting]
2. provide pwd when requested, submit themselves to control and also inform the company immediately so that legal action is taken if needed [what action is taken or if anything is done at all dunno,, and so far I doubt..]

and the person doing the control their is no expert: takes ur machines, makes u wait till the experts come, and u can wait a week till all is analysed somewhere.. makes you think over if to travel by air, or travel to that country, or clean up your machine first or blow out your data when somebody else accesses it..
ways to hide there will be for a while [travelling tricks, encryption and all that stuff..]
what I worry is for how long, and how worse it will get when such organization that will break human rights when doing their actions is officially proposed to exist,,
but yeah, rights are broken everyday in the disguise of protecting them.. so guess we just have to find as many alternatives to make us independent when the big brothers cut down on internet or eletricity or privacy or or...
