Prosim vsetkych diskutujucich, aby prestali rozsirovat mytus, ze B12 sa nachadza prirodzene v drozdi, miso, tempehu, riasach...etc. V nich je pritomny len pseudo-B12 alebo inaktivny B12, ktory ludsky organizmus nevyuziva rovnako ako normalny (aktivny) B12, jedine co robi je, ze sa ukaze v testoch na pritomnost B12.
JEDINY REALNY ZDROJ B12 PRE VEGANOV JE TABLETKA, OBOHATENE POTRAVINY (obohatene sojove mlieko, obohatene tebi drozdie...) ALEBO SPOMINANA INJEKCIA (to sa mi vidi ako drasticke riesenie).
Nedostatok vitaminu B12 sa ukazuje casto az po roku prejdenie na vegansku stravu, preto to v minulosti vela veganov podcenovalo (preto niektore mamicky veganky mali problemy s novonarodenymi detmi).
B12 v tabletkach sa ziskava pestovanim bakterie v laboratoriu, ktora to vyraba rovnakym sposobom ako vo vnutornostiach zvierat. Niektore zvierata ziskavaju B12 jedenim svojich vlastnych exkrementov (vratane kralika, a niektorych primatov), ale myslim, ze pre vacsinu ludi to nie je riesenie.
B12 v tabletkach je mozne lahko kupit v lekarnach, aj inych predajniach. Ak to nie je mozne, treba si zadovazit obohatene sojove mlieko, resp. ine obohatene produkty.

ja si myslim, ze postaci par krat do tyzdna si vziat 2,000µg s lahkym jedlom bohataym na proteiny.
keby si mal/-a po par mesiacoch stale deficienciu, tak zvysit na maximum, aleo raz za dva-tri tyzdne inj. do svalu.
