Furthermore, it is understood that the fund and all related subclasses fall under the investment management of Sovereign Asset Management Ltd., which holds full discretion but may choose to collaborate with one or more appointed advisors to develop an appropriate long-term investment strategy for this and/or other specific share classes. The undersigned confirm and acknowledge that the broad terms of the class-specific investment policy described here align with the intended investment strategy, and that all parties will work together to achieve the goals and comply with the restrictions in a manner that is both efficient and compliant.
