Asi som mal napisat grill, kedze som ten smoker vypeckoval na 700F a sear bol hotovy za minutu :) Je to fakt ideal podla mna, pri tych 137 sa ten tuk tak akorat napol vytopi a je to stavnatejsie nez ozaj medium rare
