To je bonus za to, ze tam na ministerstve informatizacie nemas Rasiho, Pellegriniho... Proste niekto tu informatizaciu robi tak ako sa ma (iste, su tam dake preslapy, pri projektoch sa mrte veci doserie) ale nejde vsetko do vacku oligarchom a asi sa pozera ci vec ma opodstatnenie, ci v IT podobe nemoze mat inu podobu, a asi sa len kolmo nevyraba z lajstra e-lajstro.
