Exploited, Earth is dying in front of our eyes and we - artists, researchers, professors - are not part of the solution, we are part of the problem. Mislead by ambiguity of terms like "Nachhaltigkeit"; corrupted by lobbyist promises on one hand and our own fears of uncertain future on the other, we are unable to do the only thing that counts: change our habits. In this talk, Daniel D. Hromada will sum up 10 years of observing UdK from within - first as IT-administrator and then as Juniorprofessor for Digital Education - ultimately inviting the audience to change the way how we deal with present crisis and think about the degrowth future of our institutions.
