najlepsi liek od it korporacie co som si prezil na riesenie nizkej spokojnosti zamestnancov je dat im samotnym pracovat na zlepseni - nastavit tvrde deadliny, riadne reviews s bicovanim included pred nastupenym teamom.
nasledny rok (a vela dalsich) bude spokojnost v teame zarucene atakovat 100% :)
