Slashing: The only entity which profited from the bug was the generosity bot who distributed incorrectly attributed funds to community. No slashing necessary.
Proposed solutions: Down-Normalize all wallet amounts whose amount exceeds MINIMAL_WALLET_AMOUNT so that the 10M marketcap is re-established.
Addendum: Should this correction proposal not be vetoed by any member of the Guild, the correction #2 will also enact transition from floats to integers to avoid FP-related issues, reduce the storage, accelerate indexation and incept the first discrete unit digital currency.
