Unfortunately the footswitch you have inquired about will not work for the Bassman 300 Pro. the correct footswitch #0057745000 is proprietary for that unit and has been discontinued for several years now. Since the footswitch controls several functions with only two wires it uses internal circuitry to control what is switched. I have attached a schematic that shows the footswitch in the upper right hand corner. A technician could use this schematic to build a footswitch that would work.
