August 30: Chinese regulators met with coinbase to understand their regulation model

July of this year through october of 2017 - Chinese regulators have been discussing a regulation tether and a specific RNB/CNY token in which one must purchase in order to be able to trade on exchanges. (If you want my tinfoil hat speculation - this token will be the first one on NEO. Which is why, again in my own opinion, RPX is perfectly content waiting for fundraising until after this because they know it will be big)

September 20th: OkCoin adding BCC pairings

October 16th: Communist China Congress Meets - the economy is the discussion here (barring emergency NK response) - Last years meeting was the announcement that China would have a 5 year rollout of blockchain.

October 16th: 50 Million NEO unlock - and are eligible to claim a current 580,565 GAS (speculate why they would add it to Polo at the same time NEO are in meetings with regulators. "Hey here's this asset that we can generate with our coin that just pumped in value 50% in an hour - would that be something you might be interested in order to use OUR platform for the launch of your RNB token?"
