In January 2010, Kuzu Group won the tender for the construction of earthquake-resistant buildings – a total of 100.000 housing units – in Tehran, Iran’s capital, using the tunnel-form construction technique, instead of reinforced concrete. The Group completed the first phase of the mega project, consisting of 20.000 units, in 2013. The satellite town built in Parand also includes 48 schools, eight sports facilities, 14 mosques, five healthcare centers, seven cultural centers and a park.

Kuzu Group aims to complete and deliver the second phase of the project – 37.000 housing units in Pardis – in 2018. In addition to residential housing units, the Pardis Project consists of 76 schools, 31 sports facilities, 17 mosques, seven healthcare centers, seven cultural centers, and three parks.
