The proclaimed difference between "blowing with mouth wide open" and "blowing with lips pursed", according to this film, is only an interesting trick of body heat dissipation and heat gain. You never "FEEL" temperature. Temperature can only be measured by a thermometer. You feel WARM because you are gaining heat, and you feel COOL or COLD because your body heat is dissipating at the rate higher than heat gain.

Two reasons explain why people feel better: (1)the Eco Cooler changes temperature distribution inside the building, lower space becomes cooler because of the nature of air JET; (2)there are many gaps and tiny openings all over the surface of such a building, and since the windows is sealed with an Eco Cooler, the building is charged with positive pressure, so the hot air in upper space inside the building has to find its way to FLEE off the building.
