sak ved zato tie ovsene otruby :)) ja to zasa nemozem davat furt, aj zabudam, aj zasa vsetkeho vela skodi, ale raz za cas asi treba...
ale mozno skocim aj do lekarne, urcite maju aj nieco skladnejsie nez sacok s otrubami alebo psylliom...

diky, je super vediet, ze lusia v tomto fore sa nielen bavia, ale si aj pomahaju :))
