This year’s edition of the Nordic hotel and restaurant Guide – Michelin Nordic Guide 2016 – was presented on 24 February and Denmark has our first three star restaurant ever, as the Michelin Guide awarded Restaurant Geranium in Copenhagen three stars.
Further more, Kadeau Restaurant on Bornholm, Hotel Frederiksminde and not least Henne Kirkeby Kro each received one star.
Along with the new star recipients all other Danish star restaurants kept theirs, so in total Danish restaurants have 26 stars divided among them:
Three stars: Geranium
Two stars: Noma & Restaurant AOC - aarø & co.
