motif drop rates a kde:
Assassin's League drop from Gold Coast WBs and delve bosses. Thieves guild pages drop if you finish heists within time limit. Abah Watch drop from Kari's stealing quests (i did them always to full reward).
If e.g. not fulfilling the heist time limit there is no chance for page. Heists have a decent drop rate. Kari's quests much lower, but you can do them multiple times per day.
Thieves Guild: 100% drop chance on completion of heists within the timer, regardless of being spotted (that just takes some time off your timer). Limit of 1x per character and per day.
Abah's Watch: low drop chance from tips board repeatable quests at the Thieves Den. I've only tried handing in at max tier (pickpocketing/breaking into safeboxes in 3 zones rather than just 1 or 2). I assume lower tier completing will have even lower drop chance, if at all. No limit on the number of quests you can hand in.
Assassins: low drop chance from world and delve bosses in the Gold Coast. There seems to be a timer on boss loot, so you *might* be better off going around the zone doing different ones rather than camping the same one.
