jeden z návodov na lucid/oobe ;o) zdielam ;o) I see a lot of people ask how to astral project, so I thought that I'd give a step-by-step instruction on how I do it. (Keep in mind there are hundreds of methods, this is just what has worked for me. It also helps if you already know how to lucid dream.) 1) Lay down in bed. Listen to the sounds around you. If a TV is on in another room or if music is playing, acknowledge it but don't invest in it. Breathe in the noise. 2) Now pay attention to feelings you have in your body. Use your favorite grounding technique. You want to feel like you are fully in-body at this point (crazy, IKR?). My favorite grounding technique was one I learned from my first yoga teacher: Scan your body starting from your feet, up through your legs, torso, arms, fingers, neck, and head. Visualize your body literally melting into the ground. 3) When your body is grounded, follow your breath. Notice every inhale and exhale and how it feels. Notice any thoughts that rise up and breathe into them. They will disappear if you don't invest in them. 4) At some point your body will go numb. This is the perfect time to set your intention. Say "I will go out of body." Now it's important to know WHERE you want to go. Some people like to rise up out of their body to the ceiling. This freaked me out when I first started, so I just said "I want to go to my dog." Your body will go completely numb and you will find yourself wherever you said. 5) Now your out of body! Enjoy. You can meet spirit guides, angels, dead relatives, really the possibilities are endless. I recommend meeting your guide, because they're the ones who are really helpful in getting back in body. Pay attention to breath, don't give up if you don't get it the first few times. |
