Zdravím,
rád by som sa poradil s niekým ohľadom "duševného vlastníctva", ale možno to aj súvisí s niečím iným.
Potrebujem vedieť nejaký postup ohľadom získania dát z jedného webu, ktorý eviduje zoznam firiem určitej špecifikácie. Rád by som nejaké firmy z toho zoznamu použil, lebo rád by som urobil aplikáciu s podobným zoznamom. Oni však na stránke majú takéto podmienky:

Myslíte, že by to bolo možné urobiť tak, že by to bolo právne v poriadku?
Bol by podľa vás problém ak by bol crawlovací algoritmus vystavaný na základe dát z existujúcej databázy tohoto webu - tie by neboli skopčené 1 ku 1, ale by len slúžili ako tréningový materiál na základe ktorého by sa ten algoritmus učil, to že by potom nezáväzne objavil "niektoré" reštaurácie totožné s tými v iných databázach ale dalo by sa to vydokladovať, by problém bolo?
