Every day you will experience opposition, pressure, a wide spectrum of emotion.... How would our spirit recognize itself, expand, and thrive in a world with no contrast.... Resistance, paranoia, anger, guilt, resentment, blame, and attachment are also forms of fear...Quit waiting to be saved... We trap ourselves by holding it all in.. Express your thoughts, opinions, and emotions to find out the root cause of them and the answers you seek.. If you can't find them on your own... ASK for help.... There are literally hundreds of thousands of souls and beings waiting for your call... To a lightworker, it feels good to feed others truth, healing, wisdom, and love... Especially a soul who needs it.. And also REPLENISHES US with truth, healing, wisdom, and love!!!! This is why lightworkers would give their lives for the expansion of love... They see and recognize we are all ONE IN THE SAME!!! Your healing is connected to mine.... Align with what is.. not what was or could be... Live in the present moment... Do not wish things were better.. Be the peace and happiness you seek by being loving towards yourself in all moments...In your thoughts, words, and actions.. A positive and persistent attitude IS enough to change your life... Your thoughts have tremendous power over your day and the energies you experience, awareness is important.. More than anything... relax.. breathe.. allow yourself to ENJOY life.. Hate cannot exist in the presence of love and happiness.. You were meant for play and pleasure... Remember liberation will always be found in your own heart and soul... In the long run.. The dark helps us understand more deeply... It helps us grow... It ends up giving us a broader picture.. If it did not, it would not exist, you see.... Which is why in the eyes of God it doesn't... If something does not serve the highest good it simply could not manifest into existence... It can only be perceived on the lower realms, which we are unconsciously (but voluntarily) tapping into by continuing to hold low vibrational thoughts, actions, and habits.. Detox. Cleanse. Release. Ascend...."
