A snippet of Andre 3000 and Beyonce‘s cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black” leaked recently and, well, let’s just say that the results were a little messy. The two essentially stripped the track of its jazzy, throwback sound and turned it into an electro pseudo-karaoke romp. And now, less than a week later, the full version of the track has hit the web. It’s a radio rip, but that doesn’t mean you can’t fully comprehend what’s going on here. The audio quality just ain’t the tops.
