nerozblajzne, jedine, co treba urobit je, ze syr musi mat izbovu teplotu.
s chladnym syrom korka pukne a obsah vytecie :)
oleja davam minimum, do tanierika si dam za uzaver olivoveho, trochu sojoveho, do toho ten syr polozim a necham zohriat, zatial na panvici bez oleja, masla ci cohokolvek ineho orestujem cibulku, par kruzkov paradajky, nech pustia trosku stavu, pridam baklazan (tiez podobne namoceny ako syr + okoreneny podla chuti, ja davam vacsinou bazalku a malicko bieleho korenia), ked paradajky pustia stavu, dam tam ten syr, na miernom ohni necham pracovat, par krat to otocim a ked mam "chytene" obidve strany baklazanov aj syra, tak pridam paradajky a papriku. neprikryvat pokrievkou... enjoy ;)

sme to vyskusali na panvici, posusnali sme si.
inak k tomu v alobale som este prisla na to, ze netreba tam davat tej zeleniny vela, staci koliecko paradajky naspodok a koliecko cibule navrch. Paradajka naspodu skaramelizuje a cibulka pusti stavu.

to znie super, to vyskusam. V tom alobale to chuti ako prosta dusena zelenina, co nie je vobec zle, ale nema to taky smrnc.
