any act of movement can be attached to a spell. it can be movement in space, or in mind. to a astral wave.just a symbolic act of doing something can be a spelltrigger or any kind of spell, which the magician attaches to it. Every astral wave, any astral form with its usage becomes stronger. It is being strenghtened by the concetrated attention to it. first feelable only as a small ripple in astral, then slowly, by usage stronger and stronger. greatest things can be thereby produced. so to the spell casting. hehe be wise what you create, thou what you create is part of your life...spells can be overwritten, if needed, so the astral network of powerreservoairs is limitless. what thou sow, that you shall harvest, so be wise my friend..
