moj plan je
kamera -(hdmi/composite)-> karta -(directshow)-> laptop -(rtp)-> server -(rtmp)-> flashovy player

a encoding bud na capture karte alebo potom priamo na laptope (ale to by som nerad). ako software na streaming pouzijem vlc - ten to vie pripadne aj encodovat.
na servry pobezi rtmp implementacia crtmp (rtmpd)
