Reserve Chardonnay 2007



The wine derives from the Dovev Vineyard on the Lebanese border with a small percentage from the the Jerusalem corridor. Hand harvested fruit is speedily brought to the winery in small containers, carefully crushed and fermented at cool temperatures. The fermentation is managed to enhance the aromatic, concentrated nose of tropical fruit and herbs. The wine is crisp and lingers on the finish.
