Soul Motive's very first CD album release comes from London's Eleven Tigers. He's only got a thumbfull of releases to his name but that doesn't restrict him from displaying a confidently crafty sound over fourteen full-blooded tracks incorporating shoegazy post-rock moments and expansive dubtech with an IDM-informed clarity. 'Clouds Are Mountains' is sequenced much like a mixtape, blurring track boundaries in a way that probaby connects best with a post-dubstep crowd trained to consume in this manner.
