Tony Adams plans to stay a decade in Azerbaijan after agreeing Gabala FC job ![]() Gabala might be a small town best known as the home of a radar station that was part of the Soviet Union's anti-missile early warning system, but the football club do have significant financial backing and close links to some of the oil-rich country’s most powerful people. Club president Tale Heydarov – the son of emergencies minister Kamaladdin Heydarov - has plans to extend the existing 2,000-seater stadium into a £50 million complex by the end of August 2011.
