hej zavisi co trenujes (boulder, vytrrvalost, silu...) vhodne je kombinovat lano a boldering.. ked trenujem silu tak davam maly pocet tazkych ciest hlavne v previsnutom, ked vytrvalost tak vela ciest za sebou (vratane zliezania) cca 15-20 min sa nedotknes zeme:)a boulder tiez mozes trenovat silu (vela silovych kratšich bouldrov) alebo dlhšie trosku lahsie cesty ale snazit sa liezt dost na maxime.. tot moj trening ale zavisi na kazdom ako si ho vyladi

chodim dva krat do tyzdna a dam tak 15 - 25 ciest za tie tri hodiny vo vertigu..
