- and those leaders did not emerge spontaneously, somebody trained them to do the work they do.

my parents always said to me to remember two things:
- when you go to bed at night, you gotta look back at the day, and make sure that you felt that day was the day, that you contributed something, and that you did everything you could to do the best you could
- we trust you, that no matter who you are, where you go, you will always do the right thing
