Hong Kong IPO of alumunium group strengthens the bond between Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska and merchant bank.
NM Rothschild, the family-controlled London merchant bank, is poised to earn tens of millions of pounds from the first major flotation this year after securing a lucrative mandate as financial adviser.

Further strengthening the close bond between the Rothschild family and Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska, the bank is advising Rusal, the aluminium company controlled by Mr Deripaska, on its $2.6bn (1.6bn) initial public offering.
