Following the success of our 'Music to Watch Clouds By' page ( http://cloudappreciationsociety.org/cloud-music/ ) we've decided that it would be a nice idea to show videos of clouds sent in by our members. Clouds are, after all, a part of nature that is in constant motion. We particularly love timelapse videos of clouds, not only because they are invariably beautiful and restful, but also because they teach you a lot about how clouds form. The plan is to start a clouds video section on the site, showing the sky in motion. If you have a video (especially timelapse) that you would like to submit, the easiest way would be to do it via the video hosting site called Vimeo. You just need to sign up for a free account, upload your video and then 'share' it with The Cloud Appreciation Society. If members do send them in, we'll start putting them up on a new page of the site soon. Here is how to join Vimeo and upload your video: http://www.vimeo.com/join You share your video by searching for "The Cloud Appreciation Society": http://www.vimeo.com/275807 |
