FROM THE NEWS PAGES: A STRANGE HALO CLOUD OVER MOSCOW

We were dismayed to learn that our efforts to persuade the world to
appreciate and understand clouds are falling on deaf ears. A cloud
formation over Moscow last month sent the Internet and much of the world's
media into a frenzy of speculation about UFO activity. Has no one been
