comment: Dobry (tradicny) obchodnici par mesiacov hladaju, ochutnavaju a nechavaju caj 'spat' potom ho zacnu predavat. Kvalitny japonsky caj je dobry aj po roku dobreho skladovania. Nakupujem od HORAIDO (Horaido is the tea shop in Kyoto Japan since 1803).

I guess it will be late of April to whole May.
But please understand that pure New tea has very short life,and it have to be
drunk until July.
Pure new tea called "Shincha" is 95% dried and we enjoy strong, powerfull taste
and young aroma.

Regular tea (in the price list) will be dried 97% and make sleap such like wine.

I guess it will be June to July the regular tea (Sencha) will be changed new tea.
And September to October at Matcha and Gyokuro, those tea must be sleep until autumn.
Many shop sell new Matcha and Gyokuro from May to June, but we take traditional way.
