![]() Amy Winehouse has no plans to return to Britain anytime soon and still intends to divorce her husband Blake from her Caribbean hideaway, her mother says. Janis Winehouse insists the island of St. Lucia is still the best haven for the ragged star to recuperate, despite an emergency dash made by her father Mitch after she was taken to hospital in a 'shaking mess' last week. Mrs Winehouse says: 'She has no plans to come back home right now and definitely doesn't want to go back to Camden.' 'Who knows where she'll go but for now she wants to be away from it all.' Mum says her daughter is in a 'really good place'. Commending the singer's plumped-up figure, she says: 'She's been eating well and has put on some weight, which I am really pleased about.' 'She's also been doing so much out there to clear her head, like taking long walks and going horse riding.' But the singer, 25, still plans to get rid of jailed hubby Blake Civil-Fielder despite mixed reports. 'The divorce proceedings are still going ahead, but her dad Mitch deals with that side of things. As for the money, I don't know what is happening with regard to Blake', says mum. She also defended her daughter's ragged image, saying despite images of her scattered across Camden pavements, her girl was just shy and retiring. 'Despite what people say, Amy isn't a wild child. She's just a regular girl and isn't one for big parties. All she want to do is sing and make music, as well as spending time with her family and friends,' Mrs Winehouse told Heat. |
