v cine zalievaju aj zelene caje vodou stovkou - samozrejme neleju na list, ale na okraj cungu.
vraj je nizsia teplota pri zelenych cajoch mytus.
dobry zeleny caj, kvalitny, je najlepsi prave v horucej vode.
pri menej kvalitnom sa vsak pri vysokych teplotach vyluhuju aj neziaduce latky, horciny a kedze sa mimo ciny malokedy dostanu caj enaozaj best of, je pravidlo [je to vlastne na zaklade biznisu], zalievat zeleny caj 70 - 80.
