There were elections, which passed rather unfair - as usual, with many
infringements. There were 9 candidates; two of them were
main - current prime-minister Serzh Sargissyan and former president Levon
Ter-Petrosyan. Just before elections I’ve published an Article against
Levon Ter-Petrosyan, trying to explain people, how stupid and dangerous is
giving him voices. I have definit problems with these both candidates, and
voted Vazgen Manukyan – he’s very clever and honest man. And I’m sure he
would be our best choce.
Most of people hate Levon very much, and I'm one of them. But the
same people are very discontent with tandem Kocharyan-Serzh Sargissyan,
hate them as much that gave their voices to Levon. Most of our people work
hard and live bad, even talented, intelligent people. Our society, our
authorities are corrupted. We have five person, billionaires, and
Kocharyan and Serzh Sargissyan are among them, which are even richer than
all our country. So Levon had got 21% voices, it is a shame, it's too much
for him. Serzh got about 53%. Levon with his 350.000 retinue 10 days and
nights had occupied our Theatre Square.
March 1 president Kocharyan decided to disperse the crowd of Levon's
people (among them were many dangerous people, drunk, addicts, criminal
elements etc.). The operation was organized very bad (I think so), with
many mistakes.
We haven’t true and complete info about passed bloody and destructive
events, official sources says 131 wounded and 8 dead people, but there is
another info – that were killed 54 people. I can’t say exactly, which
info is correct and which is wrong. I think correct quantity is 8. Both
sides lie, hide the truth. Sure soon we’ll have objective info. In any
case both sides fight for power and their billions, and people suffer.
