She is completely trustworthy and the best friend any one could ever have no matter what! She will listen to you and give you all the advice that she can. To je od neho veľmi milé, že to spomína, ale mal spomenúť, že KTORÁ skupina mužov je ohrozená, vtedy by urobil svojej cause skutočnú službu. Teraz to len vyzerá, že buď zúfalo nechápe intersekcionalitu, alebo, čo je horšie, že si ako biely muž pripisuje diskrimináciu voči iným skupinám, než on sám.

Lebo existujú znevýhodnení muži, a existuje ich mnoho. Lenže sa neviem zbaviť pocitu trápnosti za autora toho komentára. Skutočné problémy, s ktorými sa potýkaju rôzne skupiny mužov zredukoval na "dievčatká vs. chlapci" pieskoviskový boj. Nijaká seriózna analýza, len dojmy ("they don't care about men and boys"), rozdelenie sveta na dve skupiny, do oči bijúca ignorácia sociálnych, geografických, ekonomických rozdielov, podotýkam, medzi mužmi, hoci dôsledky týchto charakteristík fakt neumožňujú takéto blbučké škatuľkovanie, že "men this" a "men that".

A hlavne: preboha, toto celé sa deje v USA. Internet je super a všetko, ale odporúčam ísť občas offline a čeknúť, či sa dané štatistiky a daná diskriminácia a popísaná situácia skutočne týkajú Slovenska.

čaute, mnohí poznáte jamkáčov aka ids iskra a schubro a viete, že teraz nedávno cestovali po srí-lanke. stretli tam chalanka Chamindu, ktorého story je takáto:

We met Chamindu during our travels in Sri Lanka. It was him, who showed us the first wild crocodile we saw during our trip and also a number of tropical birds living freely at a beautiful lake in Tissa, right near his house.

We liked Chamindu very much from the start and he has become our close friend who we are in touch with every day. Chamindu is a 20 year old boy, very friendly, kind hearted and intelligent but his life has not been easy as he comes from a very poor family and his father is an alcoholic.

Two weeks ago his father sold their house, most likely to pay off his debts or to buy more alcohol. This devastating news reached Chamindu right at the time when he was studying for his final exams in French due to take place at the end of this month.

The house, with the small banana garden at the back and an old mango tree mean a lot to Chamindu and he is desperate to get it back. He has sought out the help of a lawyer and signed an agreement with the new owner who agreed to sell the house back to him for the same amount his farther sold it, 600.000 LKR (£3000). The agreement gives Chamindu time until mid-June to find the money for his house.

As he comes from a very poor family, it is virtually impossible for him to put all this money together. We would like to help Chamindu get his house back and came up with the idea of finding 300 people willing to contribute £10 to his house.
