Radiokrimi "Fuchs und Schnell"
# 8: Pingpong
by Ilse Kilic and Fritz Widhalm
What to think of a table tennis ball used to commit a murder? This is what the

this time in *crime time“ *

100 Years of Radio * The Return of Wireless Imagination # 6
Tonight, Kunstradio will dive into the unusual sphere of underwater transmissions *

I. Resonance FM - LWSP underwater broadcast, April 2004
by Keith Mendonca
This was one of Keith Mendonca’s first radio shows for "Resonance FM", London’s only
free radio station, that has devoted itself to radio art. He broadcast the show from
the River Thames!

II. The HP Show (1976-1984): The HP Underwater Special
by Hank Bull and Patrick Ready
The second underwater-piece takes us more than twenty years back in history:
*The HP Show“ was a live-program by the legendary radio artist Hank Bull and his
partner Patrick Ready, broadcast weekly from 1976 until 1984 on the campus radio
CFRO FM in Vancouver. Their most memorable show was “The HP Underwater Special: The
World’s First Completely Underwater Radio Show”. Bull and Ready gave an old watchman
a pint of rum for taking them out on his dinghy, and they used condomes to put over
the microphones so they could use them under the water.

Radiokrimi "Fuchs und Schnell"
# 9: Alles Gute
by Ilse Kilic and Fritz Widhalm
Murder by poison, thrilling and mysterious, although somewhat old-fashioned, keeps
Fuchs and Schnell on the move in their ninth case to be solved.

AquAgonia
by Arsenije Jovanovic
For his new piece of work, Arsenije Jovanovic has plunged into his sheer enormous
pool of sound recordings of water. An issue that is increasingly paid attention to
due to its geopolitical explosiveness, and that we’ll surely often have to deal with
in future.

Steine: Eine poetische Versuchsanordnung
a radio piece by Petra Ganglbauer
in 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround via OE1DD

The sculptor Karl Prantl’s stone objects in Pöttsching, Burgenland (A), inspired the
author and radio artist Petra Ganglbauer to make a new radio piece. The observations
of scientists, as well as poetic comments, a.o. from Gertrude Moser-Wagner, Sabine
Grupe or Peter Waugh, are embedded in a soundscape Ganglbauer made once when they
were inspecting the site.
