chápe sieť ako vzájomné prepojenie ľudí, strojov, vecí, konceptov - čo ju robí(lo) kontroverznou bolo to že ako agentov berie aj ne-ľudí (banka funguje nielen ak do nej chodia prepážkári, ale musia fungovať aj počítače)
