High in the Sierra Nevada Thomas Eddisson, Edwin Moore and Theophrastus were gnawing on chorizo in a gloomy refugio, when suddenly Edwin let out a shriek of pain.

Theo had inadvertently gnawed on his finger in the darkness, mistaking Edwin's pinky for a tasty piece of chorizo. A fight ensued, goats were involved, it was all very messy, something had to be done.
As luck would have it, these three were able to combine their three inventions of light, cork and a push pin to come up with the Push Pin Lamp.
Now it may be that the trio never met, indeed they were rather inconveniently not alive at the same time which would make it tricky, but nevertheless, it's thanks to them that this arty lamp came into being .
The large and cheery Push Pin is a light and corkboard in one, you just push it in to turn it on and push again to turn it off, so it's great for hands free operation, and the chunky cork base doubles as mini message board.
