Words like "progress" and "growth" do not dominate the common speech of our era. Of course humanity aspires to touch celestial objects of our solar system- and what higher "progress" could be done? But when it comes to Earth, what is more important than progress nowadays is "sustainability" and Beauty. Thus one may say - the purpose of the city is to ex.ist in Beauty. In such a manner a city allows a (wo)man to live in Beauty, to be Beauty.

Plan which Prague follows proposed decades ago that the land area should be divided more or less equally into three thirds. First part is dedicated to man&woman&child, it will be described mostly in parts 2 and 3 . Second part is dedicated to Nature & animals , I'll repeat the well known story about how we returned the wilderness into the urbanized territories in part 4. Third part is dedicated to industry & automatons & service. One may say this area, described in part 5, is becoming more and more incomprehensible to an untrained (wo)man's mind's eye especially because the use of so-called "high technologies" - nanotechnology & artificial intelligence.

These 3 areas more or less equal when it comes to the size of territory are surrounded by a major membrane and form a city domain. Membrana Major is almost border of the city, its extent defines the extent of the city. There are small membranes also within the city domain between the wilderness/human/automaton areas. These membranes divide the Whole city in small sub-units "city regions". Every city region has a right to have its own codex of do's and dont's. There is only one condition - city region codex cannot lead to a contradiction with Prague Ecologic Protocol. In some city regions nudity is forbidden, in other places it's consider faux-pas to wear clothes in summer; some places strictly forbid any kind of smoking, in other communities people don't even say "AHOJ" to each other but roll & smoke cannabis joint instead.

It was advised by Automata, approved by the Senate and not vetoed by me as an top observer that the circumference of the membrane should not change in 2048. Thus on the north our city ends near the fields of Stara Boleslav, in the north-west the main entrance into the domain is located near Kralupy nad Vltavou. Continuing in the counter clockwise direction one may observe that Kladno and Slany are included, as well as Skvorec, Ricany, Cercany.

To this very moment there are 3.2 milions citizens registered within the domain of Prague. 80458 children were born during my functional period - what a wonderful hope!

The highest immigrant flow to Prague comes from the Near and Middle East. These immigrants - surprisingly mostly middle-class and very often even highly educated worshipers of Sufic islam and Bahai religion - are forming a beautifully expressive city part called "City of God" in the area of past Ruzyne airport. Expressivity of their mosques and rituals attracts many. In a close proximity - just one wilderness unit away - a new Jewish town is being formed by many past citizens of old Jerusalem. Many of these monotheistic worshippers are an indispensable elements of a guild of cryptographers . All new immigrants successfully passed "cultural pluralism" test.

If the rate of an imitation in the different cities would be a measure of success , it would mean that our "1 third to the past, 1 third to the present and 1 third to the future" model is a successfull one. It seems that presence of a wild - chaotic - element is somehow crucial to the health of city. So even the Senate of Berlin considers seriously an idea of transforming many of its past parking spaces and road communications into biotopes.
